Angee Stringfellow has a Masters in Management Organization and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts English. She has been a creative writer, activist, poet, and spoken word artist for many years. She started writing as a child and always had a great passion for storytelling. One of her greatest passions even while attending college was to tell wonderful realistic stories that strike a chord in the hearts of people. As she started her creative writing journey, she embraced more opportunities to tell different true but funny stories. As an author, she believes that humor with realism allows for connections between characters and story messaging.

La Shae Johnston was born a Chubby Baby and grew into a Chubby Gurl. While trying to understand why people have judgments about her, she tries to find her place in this world.
Through the trials and tribulations of being judged by her size as well as the normal challenges of childhood, La Shae fights hard to stay grounded and discover her own beauty and worth. Through her journey, she makes some lifelong friendships and the occasional enemy. Can she get through her journey without letting words and ideas affect her self-esteem?
